Medical Information Operations Specialist (Remote)

About the role

IQVIA is seeking a Medical Information Operations Specialist to join its remote team. You will act as the first point of contact for patients, healthcare professionals, and investigative sites, handling inquiries about our client’s products and ensuring accurate safety data collection.

Key responsibilities

• Receive and document incoming calls, chats, and emails from external customers.
• Respond to product‑related inquiries using approved scripts and resources.
• Summarize and disseminate vital safety information to healthcare professionals and patients.
• Create and manage Adverse Event and Product Quality Complaint reports, including narrative writing and data entry.
• Investigate, clarify, and capture adverse event and product quality details.
• Process safety data in line with regulations, SOPs, and project requirements.
• Perform pharmacovigilance activities such as tracking incoming AE/endpoint information and ensuring quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field (mandatory).
• Fluency in English and French; Spanish proficiency required for the trilingual role.
• Up to 3 years of clinical experience (desirable).
• At least 1 year of pharmacovigilance experience (highly valued).
