Medical Manager – Genitourinary Oncology

About the role

The Medical Manager for Genitourinary Oncology will lead medical and scientific support for Pfizer’s oncology portfolio, ensuring compliance with corporate and local regulations while driving strategic medical initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide medical and scientific information on Pfizer products to internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with corporate procedures and regulations.
• Collaborate with Drug Safety, Global/Regional Therapeutic Areas and Regulatory Affairs to develop and maintain Risk Management Plans.
• Oversee the full lifecycle of clinical and research collaborations, including non‑interventional and interventional studies, managing timelines, budgets and regulatory requirements.
• Act as the official spokesperson for the product portfolio to healthcare authorities and support Medical Science Liaison (MSL) coaching.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, medical societies and academic centers to support CME initiatives.
• Prepare and execute the Medical Affairs annual plan and budget, aligning tactics with brand objectives.
• Lead publication strategies for local clinical and epidemiological trials and ensure adherence to Pfizer’s standards.

Required profile

• Proven experience in medical affairs, clinical research or oncology within the pharmaceutical industry.
• Strong understanding of regulatory, drug safety and risk management processes.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets, timelines and cross‑functional projects.
• Excellent communication skills to engage with healthcare authorities, KOLs and internal teams.
