Medical Service Doctor (Multisite)

About the role

Gates is seeking a Medical Service Doctor to support the health and safety of employees across multiple sites. The role focuses on preventive medicine, accident prevention, and fostering a culture of safety, health, and environmental awareness.

Key responsibilities

• Promote good health and physical integrity of workers, emphasizing accident prevention.
• Lead preventive medicine campaigns to reduce absenteeism.
• Promote safety, health, and environmental culture throughout the organization.
• Contribute to the implementation and documentation of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 systems.
• Support internal and external audit processes and governmental inspections.
• Monitor and follow up on safety, health, and environmental metrics.
• Participate in the creation, implementation, and improvement of area-specific documents and procedures.

Required profile

• 5‑7 years of experience in occupational health, safety, or related medical services.
• Strong knowledge of ISO 14001 and ISO 45001 standards.
• Ability to promote safety policies and objectives across the organization.
• Experience with audit follow‑up and metric tracking.
• Conceptual and practical expertise in health and safety management.
