About the role

Speaktok is creating a new category of language learning focused on medical communication. As a Medical Spanish Coach you will help U.S. healthcare professionals improve their ability to converse with Spanish‑speaking patients through practical, scenario‑based sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct one‑on‑one online Medical Spanish lessons for clinicians, nurses, and other healthcare staff.
• Teach real‑world medical terminology, patient‑interaction phrases, and cultural nuances that build trust.
• Provide feedback, correct usage, and guide learners throughout their language journey.
• Adapt lesson content to the learner’s specialty and communication needs.

Required profile

• Native‑level proficiency in Spanish.
• Strong English communication skills (minimum B2 level).
• Professional experience in healthcare, patient care, clinical practice, medical education, or a related field.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, reliability, and a learner‑focused attitude.
• Ability to work remotely and manage your own schedule.

Required skills

• Fluency in Spanish and English.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and healthcare vocabulary.
• Experience explaining clinical concepts in English.
