Microsoft 365 Administrator (L1/L2) – Remote (Mexico)

About the role

We are seeking a Microsoft 365 Administrator (L1/L2) to join our global team. The position is fully remote within Mexico and focuses on managing and supporting the Microsoft 365 suite for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Administer Microsoft 365 services including Exchange Online, Teams, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, and Entra ID/Azure AD.
• Provide L1 and L2 support, troubleshoot incidents, and ensure timely resolution.
• Manage users, groups, licenses, and policies across the environment.
• Implement and maintain security controls such as MFA and Conditional Access.
• Assist with Box migrations and Zoom administration when required.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing Microsoft 365 environments.
• Hands‑on L1/L2 support and incident resolution skills.
• Fluent conversational English.
• Ability to work remotely from anywhere in Mexico.
