Mobile Application Developer – Dart/Flutter Lead

About the role

We are looking for a senior Mobile Application Developer to lead the design and development of cutting‑edge Android applications using Kotlin and modern Jetpack components. The role is based onsite in Guadalajara and will work closely with product owners and UI/UX designers to deliver high‑quality mobile experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain advanced Android applications with Kotlin, following clean architecture patterns such as MVVM or MVI.
• Collaborate with product owners and UI/UX designers to translate requirements into functional features.
• Integrate mobile apps with RESTful APIs and GraphQL services.
• Conduct thorough code reviews and enforce coding standards and secure coding practices.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to continuous improvement of team processes.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging Android development trends, libraries, and frameworks.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• 5+ years of Android development experience, including at least 3 years of hands‑on Kotlin development.
• Strong understanding of Android SDK, Jetpack libraries, and Material Design guidelines.
• Proven experience with dependency injection frameworks such as Hilt or Dagger.
• Excellent debugging, problem‑solving, and code‑review skills.
