National Sales Account Senior Manager

About the role

OMRON Healthcare is seeking a National Sales Account Senior Manager to lead its most strategic customers across retail, pharmacy and e‑commerce channels in Mexico. The role combines full P&L ownership with the development of national key‑account strategies, requiring a business‑owner mindset and cross‑functional leadership.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute a national key‑account strategy that drives growth, profitability and market leadership.
• Own the full customer‑level P&L, including pricing, trade investment, margins and promotions.
• Lead Joint Business Planning (JBP) with strategic customers and ensure alignment through quarterly business reviews and S&OP processes.
• Drive omnichannel initiatives across retail, pharmacy and e‑commerce, coordinating with internal teams.
• Use data and analytics (sell‑out, market share, shopper insights) to inform decisions and optimize performance.
• Serve as the senior commercial interface with key accounts, influencing cross‑functional teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing national key accounts in healthcare, OTC or FMCG.
• Demonstrated ownership of P&L and commercial strategy at the customer level.
• Track record of leading Joint Business Plans with top‑tier clients.
• Strong negotiation, omnichannel strategy and business‑development background.
• Advanced analytical, financial and executive communication skills.
• Bachelor’s degree required; MBA preferred.
• Fluent English (mandatory).
