NC Programmer

About the role

The NC Programmer will be responsible for creating and optimizing numerical control (NC) programs that support Airbus Helicopters' manufacturing processes in Querétaro. You will work closely with engineering, production, and quality teams to ensure that NC programs meet design specifications and contribute to efficient, high‑quality production.

Key responsibilities

• Define NC programs based on engineering and manufacturing specifications.
• Support jig and tool design by performing numerical simulations, validating, and optimizing NC code.
• Develop and test NC programs in the distribution system (DNC) and on machine tools under supervision of production staff.
• Participate in demonstration tests with work preparation, quality, and production teams.
• Generate technical documentation such as instruction sheets, simulation test reports, and NC program files.

Required profile

• Professional experience in manufacturing engineering or a related field.
• Strong understanding of NC programming principles and machining processes.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings, tolerances, and digital mock‑ups.
• Attention to detail and commitment to compliance and quality standards.
