New Product Introduction Engineer

About the role

The New Product Introduction Engineer will support Schneider‑client projects by planning, coordinating and executing engineering initiatives. You will ensure technical compliance, cost efficiency and timely delivery while working closely with cross‑functional teams.

Key responsibilities

• Manage project timelines, deliverables and documentation.
• Provide engineering solutions and ensure adherence to specifications.
• Identify and implement process optimization opportunities.
• Collaborate with production, quality and supply‑chain teams.
• Maintain accurate records and communicate project status to stakeholders.
• Ensure all activities comply with Schneider and Foxconn safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Electrical, Mechatronic or Industrial Engineering.
• 2–3 years of experience in project management or engineering roles.
• Advanced English (spoken and written).
• Strong analytical, organizational and communication abilities.
• Experience in multinational environments and handling multiple priorities.
