NVH Engineer – Design, Release & Validation

About the role

We are seeking an NVH Engineer to lead the design, release, and validation of NVHI components for upcoming vehicle programs. The role combines technical expertise with cross‑functional collaboration to ensure components meet performance targets and are ready for production.

Key responsibilities

• Design and release NVHI components for new vehicle programs.
• Validate that performance targets are achieved through testing and issue resolution.
• Coordinate validation testing, capture results, and drive corrective actions.
• Lead updates to DFMEA and DVP&R documentation.
• Support launch and production programs, ensuring smooth transition from development to manufacturing.
• Benchmark components against industry standards and drive continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering.
• 1–5 years of experience in automotive interior/exterior or NVHI component releasing.
• Knowledge of DFMEA, DVP&R, FEA, and mold flow analysis.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work across functional teams.
