Office Manager – Latin America

About the role

Slalom is seeking an Office Manager for its Latin America market to lead on‑site operations and create exceptional employee experiences. You will work closely with senior leaders and the Team Operations Enablement Team to align policies, procedures, and business needs across Mexico and Colombia.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact, ensuring a welcoming environment for employees, guests, and vendors.
• Coordinate office logistics, including events, catering, vendor management, and day‑to‑day facilities needs.
• Develop and deliver employee experience programs for consultants and internal team members.
• Lead and mentor Team Operations staff (Leads, Senior Specialists, Specialists, Coordinators) in the region.
• Collaborate with the Team Operations Enablement Team to maintain strong relationships and effective processes.
• Plan and facilitate market‑specific Office Operations meetings.
• Contribute to knowledge management and thought leadership within the functional domain.
