职位概况

负责公司及子公司的内部审计工作，收集业务信息、识别风险并提供预警，推动审计建议落地，提升风险管理水平。

主要职责

收集并分析业务信息、风险，及时发出风险预警或应对措施。
组织开展子公司例行审计和专项审计，配合其他调查工作。
跟踪审计建议执行情况，推动横向缺陷整改，协同业务部门优化流程。
支持集团、区域、工厂及职能层面的内控与风险管理体系建设，落实集团管控政策。

任职要求

具备内部控制、流程优化、降本增效等基础认知和实践意愿。
具备良好的职业判断、逻辑推理、组织协调、沟通及书面表达能力。
为人客观公正、正直诚信，认同敏实价值观。
中英文熟练，可作为工作语言。

必备技能

熟悉内部审计方法与风险评估流程。
