On Site Medical Representative – Amazon Delivery Station

About the role

The On Site Medical Representative (OMR) acts as the dedicated medical point of contact for an Amazon Delivery Station. Reporting to the WHS Manager, the OMR provides first‑aid treatment, manages occupational health prevention, and supports the site wellness program.

Key responsibilities

• Provide triage, first aid, and referrals to external medical providers when needed.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and daily activity logs for leadership.
• Stock, inspect, and clean first‑aid kits, AmCare supplies, and emergency equipment.
• Train managers and associates on first‑aid, CPR, and AED usage.
• Analyze incident data monthly and present findings.
• Participate in stand‑up meetings and rotate shifts as required.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (Médico Cirujano) or Nursing (Licenciatura en Enfermería).
• Current certification in first aid, CPR, and AED use.
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and control access to the AmCare room.
