Onsite Medical Representative – Amazon Delivery Station

About the role

The Onsite Medical Representative (OMR) acts as the primary medical point of contact for an Amazon Delivery Station in Mexico. Reporting to the Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) Manager, the OMR provides first‑aid treatment, manages the AmCare room, and supports the site’s wellness and occupational health initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Provide triage, first aid, and referrals to external medical providers when needed.
• Maintain accurate treatment records and daily activity logs for leadership.
• Manage inventory, restock, and clean first‑aid kits and emergency equipment.
• Conduct regular inspections of emergency equipment and ensure compliance.
• Train managers and associates on first‑aid, CPR, and AED usage.
• Analyze incident data monthly and present findings.
• Participate in stand‑up meetings and rotate shifts as required.

Required profile

• Current certification in First Aid, CPR (Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation), and AED (Automated External Defibrillator).
• Bachelor’s degree in Medicine (Médico Cirujano) or Nursing (Licenciatura en Enfermería).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and control access to the AmCare room.

Required skills

• Microsoft Office proficiency.
