About the role

Join Cornelius Manufacturing De Mexico, a member of the global Marmon Holdings family, as an Assembly Operator (CAP). You will work on a production line assembling minor products and components in a fast‑paced, repetitive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble small‑detail products or components at a workbench or conveyor line.
• Perform tasks such as checking, sorting, packaging, labeling, pasting, snipping, tying, or trimming, either manually or with machines.
• Make basic equipment adjustments, conduct routine maintenance, and keep work areas clean.
• Assist with moving assemblies or machines and perform general housekeeping duties.

Required profile

• 0‑2 years of experience in general labor, machine operation, or assembly.
• Ability to work under close supervision and follow standard operating procedures.
• Attention to detail and willingness to perform repetitive tasks accurately.
