Operador de Producción II

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operator II to ensure smooth manufacturing operations while meeting quality and deadline requirements. The role involves executing production tasks, maintaining equipment, and supporting continuous improvement on the shop floor.

Key responsibilities

• Perform one or more production operations according to defined standards and report any anomalies.
• Clean and maintain machines and workstations; complete production monitoring documents.
• Supply the workstation with raw materials, packaging items and small equipment, verifying conformity.
• Inspect product quality at machine entry and exit, isolate defective items and open a QRAP report.
• Monitor the production program, ensuring safety, quality and productivity standards are met.
• Participate in series changes, equipment adjustments, and parameterization tasks.
• Conduct level‑1 maintenance checks, enforce 5S organization and report issues to the team leader.
• Take part in daily/monthly meetings, training sessions and improvement projects.

• Experience working in a manufacturing or production environment.
• Ability to follow standard operating procedures and safety guidelines.
• Attention to detail for quality inspection and documentation.
• Willingness to support teammates, train others and contribute to continuous improvement.
