Operador General – Ensamblaje y pruebas

About the role

We are looking for a General Operator to join our production line at Hubbell Incorporated. The position supports the manufacturing of electrical and utility components that power critical infrastructure. The operator will assemble components, operate simple machinery, and perform basic quality tests to ensure that finished products meet the required specifications and safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Assemble and adjust parts and components according to specifications.
• Operate easy‑to‑handle equipment and machinery safely.
• Conduct simple functional tests on assembled products.
• Package finished goods for shipment.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment.
• Ensure product quality and safety throughout the process.
• Report any irregularities to the team leader promptly.
• Follow work schedules, company policies, and disciplinary standards.

Required profile

• Ability to read and write in Spanish.
• Basic understanding of technical drawings.
• Team‑oriented with good communication skills.
• Strong sense of responsibility, urgency, and discipline.
