About the role
The General Operator works under direct supervision to perform productive tasks on the shop floor. The role requires precision, speed and adherence to specifications while assembling, adjusting, and testing components.
Key responsibilities
- Assemble parts and components quickly according to specifications.
- Package finished products for shipment.
- Conduct simple quality tests on assembled items.
- Operate easy‑to‑handle machinery and equipment.
- Ensure product quality and workplace safety at all times.
- Maintain punctuality, discipline and respect company policies.
- Report any irregularities to the group supervisor.
Required profile
- Basic literacy (ability to read and write).
- Ability to interpret technical drawings or blueprints.
- Team‑oriented mindset with good communication skills.
- Strong sense of responsibility, urgency and result‑focus.
