Operations Handler – Warehouse & Delivery

About the role

The Operations Handler supports the receipt of products and the fulfillment of customer orders, ensuring that shipments are prepared, labeled, and delivered safely and on time. This position works in a fast‑paced warehouse environment, handling packages of various sizes and weights while complying with FedEx safety standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver and pick up packages efficiently, verifying labeling, weight, size, and hazardous‑material requirements.
• Prepare and maintain paperwork such as airway bills, delivery records, and vehicle condition reports.
• Load company vehicles safely, audit package dimensions, and sort shipments.
• Operate warehouse equipment, including ramps, forklifts (certified only), and hand tools.
• Unload, validate, and palletize customer merchandise, using skid or forklift as needed.
• Perform value‑added tasks such as product review, kit assembly, labeling, and packaging.
• Support basic vehicle maintenance (cleaning, tire pressure checks, etc.).

Required profile

• Middle school education or equivalent (preferred) with basic English skills.
• General knowledge of warehouse, packaging, and inventory processes.
• Ability to lift 55 lb (25 kg) and maneuver packages up to 150 lb (68 kg) with equipment.
• Willingness to work variable shifts and pass basic skills tests (reading, map reading, sorting, math).
