Operations Specialist

About the role

The Operations Specialist ensures that Red Bull’s supply chain in Mexico complies with local regulations and delivers products on time. Reporting to the S&OP Manager, the role creates and maintains a 12‑month demand plan for VISITS (POS) and guarantees 100% stock availability across the logistics network.

Key responsibilities

• Obtain and maintain COFEPRIS import permits for all destinations before product import.
• Prepare and file all required import documentation, including letters of declaration.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external partners to support permit approvals and supplier performance monitoring.
• Ensure all processes follow corporate governance and documentation standards.
• Own the complete order process for VISITS items in SAP, including events and services.
• Analyze business plans with budget/material owners to recommend cost‑optimization opportunities.
• Develop and implement procurement policies and supplier‑management guidelines in line with global standards.
• Provide transparency and insights on third‑party spend and align placement forecasts with financial targets.

Required profile

• Experience in supply‑chain or operations roles within a regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of Mexican import regulations and COFEPRIS processes.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with sales, marketing, finance and procurement teams.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on cost optimisation and risk management.
