Operations Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Operations Team Leader to drive operational excellence at our manufacturing site in San Jose Iturbide, Guanajuato. You will oversee daily production schedules, ensure safety and quality compliance, and lead continuous‑improvement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Champion safety by enforcing EOHS policies, conducting observations, leading incident investigations and emergency response.
• Uphold quality standards, ensuring compliance with corporate guidelines, cGMP, and documentation practices.
• Maintain process integrity through line validation, cleaning, and strict adherence to SOPs.
• Manage change‑management processes, report non‑conformities and execute CAPA actions.
• Lead daily operations, facilitate shift handovers and participate in performance meetings.
• Analyze material losses and resource utilization using FP&R guidelines and data tools such as OPERA and Tableau.
• Sustain 5S and visual workplace standards and oversee planned maintenance execution.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial, Chemical, Process Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment.
• Proven experience managing personnel or teams.
• Basic to intermediate English proficiency.
