Operator A – Manufacturing Shift

About the role

Copeland is seeking an Operator A to join its manufacturing team. The position works on the production line of HVACR compressors, supporting the company’s mission of delivering sustainable climate‑control solutions worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Operate and monitor compressor manufacturing equipment during Shift A (Monday‑Thursday, 7:30 AM‑7:30 PM).
• Rotate between shifts as required by operational needs.
• Perform overtime work when requested.
• Maintain a safe work environment and follow all safety protocols.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors.

Required profile

• Minimum education: secondary school.
• At least three months of experience working in a maquiladora or similar manufacturing setting.
• Willingness to work flexible shifts and overtime.
• Clean record regarding doping or alcohol use in previous employment.
• Strong personal safety awareness and ethical conduct.

Required skills

• Experience in compressor manufacturing (preferred).
