About the role

CrownCrown Holdings, a global leader in metal packaging, is seeking a dedicated Operator to join its production team. The role focuses on ensuring product quality, maintaining equipment, and supporting safe, efficient manufacturing processes.

Key responsibilities

• Verify that products meet specifications and perform inspections, reporting any anomalies to Quality and the originating area.
• Understand and work toward safety, efficiency, volume, waste, cost, and yield targets.
• Carry out preventive maintenance on equipment efficiently and optimally.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and equipment.
• Record production data, waste, traceability, operation logs, and delays.
• Use required personal protective equipment (PPE) and follow Lockout/Tagout (LOTO) procedures.
• Monitor production schedules to trigger design changes or order adjustments.
• Notify transportation for equipment failures or corrective maintenance needs.
• Ensure palletized products are correctly labeled before leaving the area.
• Comply with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP).

Required profile

• Ability to perform detailed product inspections and act promptly on findings.
• Knowledge of production performance indicators and commitment to meeting them.
• Proactive approach to equipment maintenance and workplace cleanliness.
• Strong adherence to safety protocols, including PPE and LOTO.
• Effective communication with quality, transport, and other operational teams.
