Order Desk Specialist – Sales Operations

About the role

Hanwha Vision, a global leader in intelligent video surveillance, is looking for an Order Desk Specialist to join its Sales Operations team in Mexico City. The role ensures accurate order processing, commercial compliance and smooth coordination between Sales, Finance, Supply Chain and Logistics across LATAM.

Key responsibilities

• Receive, review and process customer and distributor sales orders in ERP (SAP preferred), validating pricing, discounts, payment terms and required approvals.
• Confirm inventory availability, delivery timelines and shipment status while acting as liaison between Sales, Finance, Logistics and Supply Chain teams.
• Track orders from entry to delivery, resolve discrepancies, delays or billing issues and maintain clear communication with internal and external partners.
• Maintain accurate ERP data, generate backlog and KPI reports, and identify opportunities for process improvement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, International Trade, Industrial Engineering, Logistics or related field.
• Junior candidates (0‑1 year) or professionals with 2‑4 years experience in order desk, sales operations, customer service or supply chain.
• Intermediate English proficiency for reading and basic communication with regional/global teams.
• Strong attention to detail, high organizational skills and ability to work under deadlines in a multicultural environment.

Required skills

• ERP experience, preferably SAP.
• Order processing and invoicing workflow knowledge.
• Intermediate Excel skills (pivot tables, data tracking).
• Basic understanding of supply chain and distribution processes.
