Order Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Order Manager who will act as a Project Manager, driving the execution of projects across cross-functional teams. You will ensure timelines, deliverables and budgets are met while maintaining strong communication with clients and stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Lead projects from initiation to delivery, guaranteeing they stay on schedule, within scope and budget.
• Coordinate daily check-ins with team members to resolve issues and promote collaboration.
• Analyze performance metrics and produce comprehensive reports for stakeholders.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation strategies.
• Establish and enforce project-management best practices and process improvements.
• Maintain regular communication with clients, gather feedback and ensure expectations are met.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of project-management experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally up to 5% of the time.
• Strong leadership, analytical and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project-management software and tools.
• Hands-on knowledge of SAP.
