Organic Growth Manager (SEO & AI Search)

About the role

Peek is looking for an Organic Growth Manager to own the SEO, AEO and GEO strategy across its three brands. This remote‑first role focuses on building a demand‑driven pipeline rather than just traffic, linking organic visibility directly to revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Own the organic pipeline target for Peek, ACME Ticketing and Connect&GO, build forecasts and report monthly.
• Define a multi‑brand keyword and entity map, set site‑architecture road‑maps, and manage domain consolidations and redirects.
• Develop vertical‑specific organic plays for operators (museums, tours, water parks, etc.) and lead AEO/GEO strategy for AI‑generated answers.
• Establish standards for machine‑readable content: structured data, entity consistency and answer‑first formatting.
• Identify and earn high‑value backlinks from industry associations, trade publications and review platforms; manage presence on G2, Capterra and similar sites.
• Set technical SEO priorities, run continuous audits across three codebases, and safeguard migration risk.

Required profile

• 4–7 years of SEO or organic growth experience, preferably in B2B SaaS with multi‑touch sales cycles.
• Revenue‑first mindset; able to build and defend forecasts and be measured on pipeline and closed‑won revenue.
• Proven expertise in AEO and GEO, with hands‑on testing of AI answer visibility.
• Strong technical fluency to diagnose crawl, indexation, rendering and site‑architecture issues and communicate with engineers.

Required skills

• Ahrefs or Semrush for keyword research and backlink analysis.
• Google Search Console and Screaming Frog for site audits.
• GA4 and Looker Studio for analytics and attribution modeling.
• Core Web Vitals, structured data and JavaScript rendering optimization.
• International SEO and multi‑domain handling.
• Experience with AI‑visibility tracking tools such as Profound or Peec.
