Organic Social Media & Community Growth Manager

About the role

We are looking for an Organic Social Media & Community Growth Manager to lead our presence on short‑form platforms and build an engaged creator community. The role combines content creation, AI‑driven production, and community management to drive organic reach and social commerce.

Key responsibilities

• Publish daily content on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts, X and Lemon8, balancing real and AI‑generated media.
• Use AI tools (Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs, CapCut AI) to craft videos, captions and scroll‑stopping hooks.
• Launch and nurture a branded Discord server that connects creators, fans and affiliates.
• Recruit, onboard and activate 40‑60 creators or affiliates within the first 90 days, providing prompts and tracking performance.
• Repurpose video transcripts into blog posts and written assets while maintaining brand tone.
• Prepare weekly performance summaries highlighting top posts, insights and community activity.
• Engage audiences by responding to DMs, comments and participating in relevant online communities.
• Oversee TikTok and Instagram Shops, ensuring product tagging and seamless integration with content.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of social media management experience on TikTok, Instagram, YouTube Shorts and X.
• Proven track record of growing accounts organically (examples required).
• Experience managing creator communities or Discord servers.
• Strong grasp of short‑form video trends, hooks and storytelling.
• Hands‑on experience with AI content tools such as Runway, Midjourney, ChatGPT, ElevenLabs or CapCut AI.
• Familiarity with e‑commerce platforms like Shopify, Amazon or affiliate‑driven brands.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Analytical mindset with ability to test, iterate and optimise performance.
