Original Equipment Project Manager

About the role

Flowserve is seeking an Original Equipment Project Manager to act as the primary liaison for customers on OEM projects. The role oversees the full project lifecycle from purchase order receipt through cash collection, ensuring timely delivery, margin protection and customer satisfaction.

Key responsibilities

• Serve as the main point of contact for assigned Original Equipment projects.
• Manage project portfolio from PO receipt to cash collection, accountable for delivery schedule, cash flow, margin and satisfaction.
• Ensure compliance with contractual scope, timelines and technical specifications.
• Maintain proactive communication and build strong customer relationships aligned with Flowserve’s values.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams and lead risk‑management activities throughout the project lifecycle.
• Apply continuous‑improvement and lessons‑learned practices.
• Oversee completion and archiving of all project documentation.

Required profile

• B.S. degree in Engineering (Industrial or Mechanical preferred).
• Minimum 2 years experience in a similar project‑management role.
• Strong ability to manage complex situations and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 15 % of the time.

Required skills

• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent.
• Technical knowledge of rotating equipment and related applications.
• High proficiency in English and Spanish.
