About the role

Fever is seeking a proactive Paralegal to join its Legal team. You will support contract management, corporate governance, and various legal operations across a fast‑growing global tech company.

Key responsibilities

• Support contract management and signature processes, ensuring accurate records and timely execution.
• Assist with entity management, corporate governance, and compliance tracking.
• Prepare, organize, and maintain legal documentation, filing systems, and administrative support.
• Utilize legal tech tools and internal systems to streamline workflow, document execution, and collaboration.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to facilitate business and legal activities.
• Contribute to process‑optimization initiatives, knowledge‑sharing practices, and Legal Operations workflows.
• Participate in ad‑hoc legal and operational projects and continuous improvement efforts.
