Partner Marketing Manager - LATAM

About the role

Datadog's Partner Marketing team is looking for a Partner Marketing Manager to drive strategic marketing initiatives supporting its channels and alliances function. The role supports the LATAM region by running marketing programs that increase partner engagement, generate leads and raise awareness of Datadog's solutions within the LATAM partner ecosystem. The position is hybrid.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and run regional partner marketing programs, including webinars, demand generation campaigns, enablement sessions, industry events and social media initiatives.
• Run co-marketing with cloud partners (Google Cloud, Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure) and channel partners.
• Work with alliances, global marketing, product marketing and sales leadership to prioritise initiatives with the highest business impact.
• Work with the Channels and Alliances Sales teams to promote and drive registration for upcoming events.
• Track and analyse the effectiveness of partner marketing initiatives, reporting on key metrics through quarterly OKRs.

Required profile

• 4-6 years of marketing experience; partner marketing and/or high-tech B2B marketing preferred.
• Proven success in external-facing marketing roles.
• Strong project management skills and ability to present to senior leadership.
• Excellent written and verbal communication and influence skills.
• Experience managing marketing campaigns, especially digital webinars or in-person events.
• Ability to travel up to 20% of the time.
