Senior Manager, Lifecycle Marketing and CRM, LATAM

About the role

Crunchyroll is looking for a Senior Manager, CRM Marketing to lead localized CRM engagement for its Latin American markets, one of its fastest-growing regions. Based in Mexico City, the role owns the CRM campaign calendar for the region, balancing title moments and catalog beats across owned channels. It works closely with the global Lifecycle Marketing team as a regional advisor.

Key responsibilities

• Own the CRM campaign calendar for Latin America, aligning timing, targeting and channel plans with local and global priorities.
• Design localized go-to-market moments for major content launches, seasonal events, partnerships and fan activations.
• Build targeted campaigns using segmentation and personalization, partnering with Data Science and Growth teams.
• Serve as CRM market lead for Latin America, advising on cultural nuances, local platform norms and fan engagement.
• Contribute to lifecycle journey strategies (acquisition, onboarding, engagement, retention, winback).
• Lead campaign execution and performance optimization with Operations, Martech and Data Analytics, managing CRM in Braze (or similar) and content-triggered messaging.
• Analyze campaign performance and run test-and-learn experiments such as cohort analysis.

Required profile

• 8+ years in CRM, retention or subscriber engagement marketing, ideally in streaming, digital subscription, gaming, e-commerce or entertainment.
• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business or a related field.
• Experience in Latin America, including privacy-first environments; additional regional languages are a plus.
• Passion for anime, entertainment or fan-first brands is highly valued.

Required skills

• Braze (or comparable orchestration platforms) for campaign planning, segmentation, triggers and multi-channel delivery.
• Knowledge of digital marketing platforms and messaging ecosystems, including WhatsApp where applicable.
• Strong analytical skills and storytelling ability.
