Manager, LatAm Curation

About the role

Crunchyroll, which delivers anime and manga content to over 100 million fans worldwide, is looking for a Manager, LatAm Curation in Mexico City. LatAm is one of its most established and commercially significant markets, and the role shapes how millions of fans discover content. You will own region-first execution and curation across key discovery surfaces, balancing local cultural resonance with global consistency, and support regional campaigns alongside global launches and seasonal moments.

Key responsibilities

• Execute regional curation with operational autonomy, speed and high quality.
• Adapt global guidelines and campaign frameworks into tailored, region-first curation.
• Optimize regional collections using data-driven insights and editorial expertise.
• Partner with the global curation team to evaluate performance, trends and potential optimizations.
• Translate regional consumption patterns into actionable recommendations.

Required profile

• 4-6 years of experience in content curation, merchandising or editorial roles within streaming, media or entertainment.
• Proven ability to turn performance data into actionable content decisions, with strong editorial judgment.
• Experience supporting high-visibility launches or tentpole campaigns and in fast-paced, cross-functional environments.
• Fluency in Spanish and English, written and verbal.

Required skills

• Familiarity with analytics platforms.
• Hands-on experience with content management systems and publishing workflows.
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization and ability to manage competing priorities.

Preferred: experience with a global streaming service, familiarity with experimentation frameworks and personalization strategies, and a passion for anime and pop culture.
