Fashion Paid Advertising Strategist

About the role

Power Digital, an AI-native growth firm, is looking for a Fashion Paid Advertising Strategist to own the execution, performance and growth of campaigns within their book of business. The role is remote and requires advanced proficiency in spoken and written English.

Key responsibilities

• Own and run performance marketing through paid social and paid media native platforms (Meta Ads, LinkedIn Ads, Google Ads, YouTube Ads, Bing Ads)
• Build and produce campaigns end-to-end, with redundancy across channels and support from Specialists where applicable
• Lead optimizations aimed at improving performance against goals
• Manage client budgets and advise on budget changes
• Communicate strategy internally and give weekly client progress recaps with insights and recommendations
• Own performance reporting, present results clearly and use data to tell a story to clients and stakeholders
• Use AI tools and the company's Nova ecosystem to improve business processes

Required profile

• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1-2 years in an agency setting
• Minimum 2 years in direct response marketing, specifically in e-commerce, lead generation or B2B
• Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience with Meta Ads and search engine marketing
• Experience developing and optimizing campaigns (bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy)
• Significant campaign management experience in at least one of: Performance Max, Standard Shopping, YouTube Ads, display, local or Bing Ads
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization and project management skills

Required skills

• Proficiency in Google/Microsoft Office and Google Analytics
• Understanding of the full marketing funnel and paid media's place in it
