Paid Advertising Strategist, Lead Generation

About the role

Power Digital, an AI-native growth firm, is hiring a Paid Advertising Strategist focused on lead generation. The strategist owns the execution, performance and growth of campaigns in their book of business, works with account leadership on strategy and reporting, and delivers results tied to clients' business goals. Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is required.

Key responsibilities

• Own and run performance marketing campaigns on Meta, TikTok, Pinterest, LinkedIn, Google, YouTube and Bing ads, delivering builds end-to-end on time
• Lead optimizations and maintain client testing roadmaps, escalating performance risks early
• Manage client budgets and advise on budget changes, with quality assurance that protects client revenue
• Provide proactive strategy recommendations and weekly client progress recaps
• Communicate internally with the team and externally to clients, using data to tell a clear story
• Use AI tools to improve business processes and adapt strategy to changing conditions

Required profile

• 2-3 years of digital marketing experience, including 1-2 years in an agency setting
• 2-3 years of hands-on experience with at least two paid channels (Google/Bing, Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, Snapchat)
• Experience developing and optimizing campaigns: bid optimization, keyword research, ad copy, campaign strategy
• Strong written and verbal communication, organization and project management skills, and confidence in client-facing presentations
