Partner Solution Architect - LATAM (Portuguese/Spanish/English-speaking)

About the role

Elastic, the Search AI company, is hiring a Partner Solution Architect for its LATAM region. The Partner Solutions Architect multiplies Elastic's technical reach through partners by building technical capability across a focused group of partners (SIs, resellers, MSSPs, cloud providers) so they can source pipeline, win deals and deliver Elastic on their own. The role works a defined portfolio of managed partners with agreed technical engagement plans, is measured on impact rather than activity volume, and requires prior presales experience in the software sector.

Key responsibilities

• Generate approved partner deal registrations and run partner-tailored sales playbooks, helping partners qualify deals, scope them technically and attach their own services.
• Accelerate partner-led opportunities, hands-on labs and proofs of concept with account executives and SAs, and keep partners updated on competitive dynamics.
• Own technical relationships and named champions at each partner, build trusted advisor status and run quarterly read-outs of the Technical Engagement Plan.
• Deliver enablement and certification roadmaps, accreditations and certifications, and lead technical lab workshops across Elastic products.
• Co-architect solution blueprints and reference architectures with partners, including hyperscalers, and build reusable demos, sales cards and battlecards.
• Author customer-facing content such as white papers, blogs and sales collateral, and support technical deployments in partner labs and test environments.

Required profile

• 8+ years in technology solutions, practice development, architecture, consulting and/or cloud/infrastructure technologies.
• 3+ years of pre-sales experience in the software sector, ideally partner-facing (channel, alliances, SI/GSI or MSSP ecosystems).
• One-to-many mindset: teaching engineers to run a demo rather than running it yourself.
• Fluent in English, Spanish and Portuguese, written, verbal and in presentations.
• Willingness to travel primarily across LATAM, about 40%, to partner offices, events and conferences.

Required skills

• Working knowledge of security operations (SIEM, endpoint, cloud security) and/or observability, plus an understanding of AI and semantic search.
• Experience architecting or operating solutions on AWS, Google Cloud or Microsoft Azure.
• Technical depth in at least one Elastic solution area (AI agents & Search, security operations or observability).
• Bonus: experience with AI/ML, LLMs, embeddings, vector search or agentic AI; scripting languages such as Python or Bash; technical training or curriculum development experience.
