PCO & ML Accountant

About the role

Kerry is seeking a PCO & ML Accountant to join its Global Business Services Finance team. The role supports manufacturing costing activities, ensuring accurate cost flows in SAP and providing timely financial insights to production sites.

Key responsibilities

• Review process orders, validate confirmations, and resolve variances, rework, scrap and errors.
• Manage Daily Cockpit activities and Monthly DUV reviews to guarantee prompt issue resolution.
• Respond to plant finance queries and analyse cost variances.
• Track open production orders (WIP) and ensure technical closure.
• Collaborate with Quality teams to close inspections required for order completion.
• Monitor price variances between BOM/recipe standards and actual production results.
• Validate costing for new product introductions, including recipe validation and cost estimate accuracy.
• Support Material Master data validation related to costing views, BOM and routing.
• Execute month‑end closing activities, settlement and variance analysis.
• Validate and troubleshoot cost flows in SAP based on manufacturing processes.
• Apply Operational Excellence practices such as JDI, SIA and KPI tracking.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering or a related field.
• At least 1 year of experience in cost accounting, manufacturing finance or a shared services environment.
• Understanding of manufacturing processes and cost structures.
• Basic knowledge of project and change management.
• Fluency in English.

• Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
