People Service Analyst (Temporal)

About the role

We are looking for a People Service Analyst (Temporal) to join General Motors’ HR team. In this role you will resolve employee HR cases, apply your labor‑relations knowledge and leverage AI‑enabled tools to deliver fast, high‑quality service.

Key responsibilities

• Investigate and resolve complex HR cases that require interpretation, judgment and limited guidance.
• Partner with cross‑functional teams across multiple countries to identify solutions and improve processes.
• Utilize AI and technology tools (e.g., Workday, case‑management platforms) to streamline case handling and increase efficiency.
• Act as a super‑user for AI‑enabled tools, continuously learning new applications and sharing best practices.
• Provide feedback on escalation flows, knowledge‑base accuracy and systemic friction points, recommending improvements.
• Monitor case‑resolution quality, employee satisfaction and friction‑reduction initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• 2‑3 years of HR experience with a focus on labor relations.
• Solid understanding of end‑to‑end HR processes.
• Experience working in multicultural, multinational environments.
• Proactive attitude with the ability to work independently.
