Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal (Remote – Mexico)

About the role

Rose Harper Law, a bilingual personal injury firm serving New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania, seeks an experienced Personal Injury Litigation Paralegal to support attorneys on remote cases. This position requires hands‑on PI litigation experience and bilingual English/Spanish communication.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload of personal injury matters through litigation, settlement, or trial.
• Draft pleadings, motions, discovery requests and responses, and client correspondence.
• Organize exhibits, witness lists, and trial binders for trial preparation.
• Coordinate and prepare clients and witnesses for depositions, mediations, and trials.
• Review, summarize, and analyze medical records, police reports, and other case documents.
• Prepare discovery responses and document production.
• Maintain case management systems, calendar deadlines, and track statutes of limitations.
• Create detailed case chronologies and damage summaries.
• Collaborate with experts, investigators, and court reporters.
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding case status and document requests.

Required profile

• Hands‑on personal injury litigation experience (not entry‑level).
• Bachelor’s degree in Law or a related field.
• Knowledge of civil litigation procedures, preferably NY, NJ, or PA.
• Strong written and verbal English skills; bilingual English/Spanish required.
• Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple active cases independently.
