Pharmacovigilance Associate (Remote)

About the role

ICON plc is seeking a Graduate Pharmacovigilance Associate to join its safety monitoring team. Working from home, you will support the collection, review and reporting of adverse event data for pharmaceutical products, ensuring compliance with global regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Support the collection, review and processing of adverse event data in line with pharmacovigilance regulations and company procedures.
• Assist in preparing and submitting safety reports to regulatory authorities and internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to guarantee timely and accurate communication of safety information.
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of pharmacovigilance documentation, including SOPs and safety management plans.
• Participate in training activities to deepen understanding of pharmacovigilance practices and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in pharmacy, life sciences or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities for effective teamwork.
• Basic understanding of pharmacovigilance principles and regulatory guidelines (training provided).
• Willingness to travel up to 10% as needed.
