Pharmacovigilance Reporting Specialist (Remote)

About the role

ICON plc is seeking a Pharmacovigilance Reporting Specialist to join its global drug safety team. Working from home in Mexico City, you will ensure timely and accurate preparation of safety reports, supporting regulatory compliance and the safety assessment of pharmaceutical products.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and submit periodic safety update reports (PSURs) and individual case safety reports (ICSRs) in line with regulatory standards.
• Analyze safety data to identify trends and evaluate product risk profiles.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to capture and report adverse events promptly.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of pharmacovigilance regulations and industry best practices.
• Provide training and support to colleagues on reporting processes and requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a scientific or healthcare‑related discipline.
• Significant experience in pharmacovigilance reporting or drug safety within a clinical or pharmaceutical setting.
• Strong analytical abilities and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration.
• Commitment to high standards of quality and regulatory compliance.
