Planner II - Demand Planning and Master Scheduling

About the role

Jabil is hiring a Planner II in Chihuahua, Mexico, to provide remote planning and execution support to the Claremont, New Hampshire site. The role acts as the customer and business interface for demand planning and shipment information. It is a hybrid position, possibly based at a Jabil site in the Dominican Republic, Guadalajara or Chihuahua, with a standard Monday to Friday schedule.

Key responsibilities

• Work with the business unit and customer to develop a collaborative demand plan through the Demand Management process.
• Create a master schedule through resource analysis, including material and capacity sizing, and load it into the Jabil ERP system.
• Create and maintain a feasible production plan and work closely with operations to execute it successfully.
• Develop a revenue forecast, monitor actual performance and drive corrective action and recovery plans when targets are at risk.
• Monitor planning metrics and drive continuous improvement.
• Follow company security policies and other rules, and perform other duties as assigned.

Required profile

• Strong understanding of planning coordination, scheduling and execution support in operational environments.
• Experience with ERP/MRP systems (SAP preferred) and tracking tools.
• Fluent conversational and written English is mandatory.
• A valid passport and U.S. visa are highly desirable.

Required skills

• Strong communication skills for cross-functional and customer-facing coordination calls.
• Ability to interpret operational schedules, status reports and execution constraints.
• Problem-solving skills to resolve planning and execution gaps.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, macros, data management and analysis.
