Planning & Fulfillment Manager

About the role

ABB is seeking a Planning & Fulfillment Manager to lead supply planning, inventory, and resource management for its regional distribution centre and local sales organisation. You will drive initiatives that improve on‑time delivery, reduce lead times, and align execution with inventory targets and supply plans.

Key responsibilities

• Lead and own the site supply planning process.
• Provide visibility into supply capacity and local supply objectives within the S&OP process.
• Manage short‑term planning and Sales & Operations Execution (S&OE) to ensure alignment between planning and execution.
• Support profitable execution of customer orders in close coordination with business functions and feeder factories.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in planning, fulfillment, and logistics.
• Proven experience leading multidisciplinary teams.
• Background in a manufacturing environment.
• Advanced proficiency in English and Spanish.
• Availability for occasional travel; a valid U.S. visa and passport are preferred.
• Bachelor’s degree completed; APICS certification is a plus.
