Plant Manager – Automotive Manufacturing

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead a high‑volume automotive manufacturing facility. The role focuses on delivering safety, quality, delivery, cost and people objectives while supporting the plant’s growth and operational stability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all manufacturing operations to meet Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost and People targets.
• Develop and execute the plant’s operational strategy and drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives.
• Coach and develop a high‑performing leadership team.
• Ensure compliance with quality, environmental, health and safety standards.
• Manage plant financial performance, productivity and operational KPIs.
• Build a culture of accountability, engagement and operational excellence.
• Support organizational growth while maintaining operational stability.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field.
• 10+ years of leadership experience in automotive manufacturing.
• Previous experience as a Plant Manager or Senior Operations Manager overseeing 300+ employees.
• Strong knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, TPM and Operational Excellence.
• Experience managing unionized operations.
• Advanced English proficiency.
• Availability to work on‑site.
