Plant Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Plant Manager to lead a manufacturing facility in Celaya, Guanajuato. The role focuses on delivering operational excellence across safety, quality, delivery, cost, productivity, and people development while promoting a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all plant operations to meet business and operational objectives.
• Drive performance in safety, quality, delivery, productivity, and cost.
• Develop and execute strategies to improve operational efficiency.
• Coach, mentor, and develop the plant leadership team.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
• Manage plant budgets, KPIs, and resource planning.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement and employee engagement.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Operations Management, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s or MBA preferred).
• 10+ years of experience in manufacturing operations.
• 5+ years in a Plant Manager or senior manufacturing leadership role.
• Proven track record leading large manufacturing teams and driving operational improvements.
