Player Support Agent (English) – Mexico City

About the role

Join TransPerfect Gaming’s Player Support team as a junior English‑speaking agent in Mexico City. You will help gamers worldwide by resolving their in‑game issues and fostering a positive community experience.

Key responsibilities

• Process “Calls for Help” received from the supported gaming community.
• Become familiar with each game’s mechanics to provide accurate solutions.
• Stay up‑to‑date with workflow, policy, and gameplay changes.
• Use ticketing systems and social‑media platforms to track and resolve issues.
• Creatively solve day‑to‑day player problems.
• Assist with reporting by tracking data in forms or spreadsheets.
• Support managers with ad‑hoc tasks.
• Meet KPIs such as productivity, quality, and player satisfaction.
• Enforce community rules fairly and report trends or issues.

Required profile

• Native‑level English with excellent oral and written communication.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Passion for video games and gaming communities.

Required skills

• Advanced knowledge of Google Workspace.
• Familiarity with gaming social‑media platforms such as Reddit, Facebook, X and Discord.
