PMO Leader – Project Management Office

About the role

The PMO Leader will head the Project Management Office, standardising governance processes and enabling the sharing of resources, methodologies, tools and techniques across the plant. This senior position drives the execution of the ME Project Management strategy and ensures alignment with Bosch’s overall objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Execute and deploy the ME Project Management strategy and standards.
• Implement and maintain Project Portfolio Management consistent with the ME strategy.
• Organise and support steering and review committees for all plant projects.
• Coach and support both PEP and non‑PEP projects to meet quality, governance and compliance requirements.
• Collect project feedback to continuously improve the PM framework.
• Facilitate project manager development and moderate workshops such as kick‑offs and lessons learned.
• Represent the plant perspective within the ME Project Management network.
• Issue and enforce project management rules, conduct maturity assessments and ensure adherence to regulations.

Required profile

• Degree in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing, Mechatronics, Mechanical, Electronic or a related field with project management knowledge.
• Professional Project Management (PMP) certification.
• Completed Robert Bosch Project Management Certification (RK PMQ) – desirable.
