Process Technician

About the role
The Process Technician is responsible for executing technical duties within defined time frames and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. This role works closely with production teams to ensure efficient and reliable operations while maintaining high standards of safety and confidentiality.
Key responsibilities
- Perform technical duties and activities according to schedule.
- Participate in projects aimed at improving process and technical efficiency.
- Train new personnel on standard operating procedures.
- Maintain confidentiality of information and materials.
- Identify problems and propose corrective actions.
- Provide periodic status reports in written and verbal formats.
- Collaborate with peers and supervisors to ensure continuity and efficiency.
Required profile
- High School Diploma/GED or equivalent experience.
- Beginning job content knowledge.
- 1‑3 years of relevant work experience.
- Associates or Bachelor’s degree (desired).
- Proven track record of performance in previous roles (desired).
