Procurement Team Leader

About the role

We are seeking a Procurement Team Leader with deep expertise in Purchase-to-Pay (P2P) processes to drive excellence across our Shared Services Center in the Americas. This senior position will lead the transformation of procurement operations, focusing on automation, compliance, and user experience.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the rollout and adoption of regional P2P initiatives across the Shared Services organization.
• Optimize guided buying channels, ERP catalogs, and procurement tools to improve user experience and compliance.
• Streamline end‑to‑end P2P workflows, reducing manual effort and increasing automation.
• Define, monitor, and report KPIs and efficiency metrics for procurement operations.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to standardize processes within a centralized Shared Services model.
• Support supplier enablement and spend‑management strategies through digital channels.
• Drive change‑management initiatives, including training and adoption, to transition from decentralized to centralized operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business, or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in Procurement, P2P, or Source‑to‑Pay environments.
• Experience in a Shared Services or Global Business Services setting (nice‑to‑have).
• Advanced English proficiency; basic to intermediate Portuguese.
• Strong stakeholder management, transformation, and leadership capabilities.
