Procurement Team Leader

About the role

We are looking for a Procurement Team Leader to drive Purchase‑to‑Pay (P2P) excellence across our Shared Services Center in the Americas. You will lead the rollout of regional P2P initiatives, optimize digital buying tools, and ensure compliance while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the implementation and adoption of regional P2P initiatives within the Shared Services organization.
• Optimize guided‑buying channels, ERP catalogs, and procurement tools to improve user experience and compliance.
• Streamline end‑to‑end P2P workflows, reducing manual effort and increasing automation.
• Define, monitor, and report KPIs and efficiency metrics for procurement operations.
• Partner with cross‑functional stakeholders to standardize processes in a centralized model.
• Support supplier enablement and spend‑management strategies through digital channels.
• Drive change‑management activities, including training and adoption, to transition from decentralized to centralized operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Business or a related field.
• 6–10 years of experience in Procurement, P2P or Source‑to‑Pay environments.
• Experience in a Shared Services or Global Business Services setting (nice‑to‑have).
• Advanced English proficiency; basic to intermediate Portuguese.
• Strong stakeholder‑management, transformation and leadership capabilities.

Required skills

• SAP (MM) expertise.
• Proficiency with ERP systems.
• Experience with e‑procurement tools.
