Product Engineer – Analog & Signal Processing

About the role
As a Product Engineer at TI you will work on the development of analog amplifiers, temperature sensors, sensor‑based front ends and signal‑processing ICs for automotive and industrial markets. You will join the TMG Development program, receiving technical training and hands‑on experience from day one.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and support analog amplifiers, temperature sensors, sensor‑based analog front ends and application‑specific signal‑processing ICs.
- Collaborate with design, applications, test, marketing, manufacturing, quality and reliability teams throughout new product development and production release.
- Design and evaluate bench‑test PCBs and create characterization programs.
- Perform evaluation, debugging and characterization of integrated circuits to meet product and manufacturing specifications.
- Work with failure analysis to determine root causes of reliability and qualification issues.
- Assist process and package technology development for new products.
- Partner with global manufacturing sites on product quality, yield management and cost‑reduction for mature products.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Electronic, Semiconductor or related Engineering.
- New graduate or 0‑3 years of experience.
- Hands‑on experience with lab equipment such as curve tracers, return‑loss analyzers, oscilloscopes and spectrum analyzers.
- Experience bench‑testing op‑amps, ADCs, mixed‑signal and digital circuits.
- Experience with bench validation and characterization PCBs.
- Experience in integrated‑circuit failure analysis.
- Programming skills for automation (LabVIEW/TestStand) and proficiency in C or C++.
- Strong knowledge of statistics and data‑analysis tools for large characterization datasets.
